  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 8 baby pitta breads
  • A few sprigs of fresh Thyme
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • TO SERVE
  • 50g Biltong sliced
  • Wild Rocket
