Biltong & Caprese Salad


  • 350g exotic tomatoes
  • 150g fresh fior di latte mozzarella
  • 2 cup chilli biltong
  • 3 Tbs basil pesto
  • handful of basil leaves
  • olive oil to serve


On a large salad bowl, arrange cut tomatoes, mozzarella and biltong.

Spoon over basil pesto.

Garnish with basil leaves and serve with olive oil.
