  • 10ml beef stock powder
  • 100g butter
  • 15ml crushed garlic
  • 50ml Cake flour
  • 2ml Ground nutmeg
  • 2ml Ground coriander
  • 500ml Milk
  • 100ml Boiling water
  • 100ml Cream
  • 80g Finely grated biltong, pluse extra slices to garnish
  • 80ml Blue cheese, crumbed
  • 100ml Grated cheddar cheese
  • 10ml Sherry
  • Fresh homemade bread to serve
